BBCS are ISO9001 accredited which allows us to manage all of our business processes and activities to a consistently high quality standard.
At BBCS we use the most up to date quality monitoring software to assess our progress. Our Managers are provided with iPads loaded with CleanLink software. Traditional methods of quality monitoring are often time consuming and allow room for human error, as collective data needs to be analysed manually. With the use of iPads and the CleanLink application we can now easily monitor operational performance, and as such we are able to offer a structured approach to quality monitoring against agreed service levels.
Live quality monitoring inspections can be carried out with our client in attendance, collecting scores, photographs, comments and signatures. Performance reports can easily be extracted, instantly analysed and emailed to our head office and clients for review.
